Welcome to yet another support page for my Prostate Milking resource. Hopefully you will find here what every milker needs to know about prostate health and the medical risks associated with milking.
- (I almost had a rant here, but I caught myself in time and cut it out. You can find it in the Rant Out-Takes resource. :)
Prostate Health And Milking
I could find no categorical proof demonstrating whether or not emptying the prostate of its contents at regular intervals is a good idea, or whether not doing it is a bad idea. Is it required for prostate health? Nobody seems to know for sure. I was unable to find any research on the web either proving or disproving the benefits of regularly evacuating the prostate.
Most health professionals seem to agree that that evacuating the prostate at least once every three weeks is beneficial for maintaining prostate health and function. Most of them also seem to agree that gentle (not vigorous!) prostate massage can be beneficial, but only in the absence of some prostatic disorders (such as acute prostatitis, or prostate cancer).
Most reputable sources seem to agree that the body will spontaneously reabsorb sperm which aren’t ejaculated (and which presumably die eventually), but that the prostate fluids should be removed fully and regularly.
Anecdotal evidence would appear to support the idea that regular evacuation using gentle prostate massage is beneficial, but there is no documented evidence of this that I know of.
No reasons are ever given for why so many seem to think that prostatic fluids are not reabsorbed in similar ways to the sperm.
My Personal Speculations
- Being aware that biology doesn’t necessarily follow logic as I know it, I still cannot think of a good reason why any organism would evolve to secrete fructose-rich fluids (fructose being a very valuable commodity in the biological world) without any mechanism to recycle those when necessary.
- I have some personal speculations about certain non-medical elements coming into play here:
- The bulk of the medical community are and have been male
- My experience is that most males absolutely loathe the idea of having their ejaculations restricted in any way whatsoever (chastity aficionados aside, obviously)
- Men are primarily the ones giving the advice to evacuate the prostate regularly, on the grounds of “prostate health”
- The medical advice may be a male effort to justify their own ongoing unrestricted orgasms (with whomever)
- My personal experience with longer term (months) restriction of ejaculation (admittedly in a sample size of 1) is that there are no quantifiable ill effects.
(I’ll keep you posted on that one)
I note that I am not a medical practitioner of any kind, nor a biologist or even any kind of scientist. So I will go with what I know, which is that they can prove nothing, I wasn’t there, there were no witnesses, it’ll never stand up in court.
So, that’s as much as I was able to put together on the subject of milking and prostate health.
If only all of the sections were that easy.
Milking And Things To Watch Out For
- Urethral flora are microorganisms which normally inhabit the urethra. They are a normal part of healthy urethral life. However, if urethral flora migrate to other parts of the body, they can cause inflammation and infections such as UTIs, and epididymitis.
- Because there will be minimal muscular contractions clearing the urethra during milking, it is possible that some ejaculate could remain in the urethra and flow backwards at some point.
- If any fluids in the urethra (such as urine or ejaculate) flow backwards through the urethra, those fluids can bring urethral flora with them to other parts of the body.
- Symptoms can include mild to severe abdominal pain, fever, and local tenderness of the affected area.
- To avoid any back flow of ejaculate, run a finger firmly along the underside of the penile shaft from root to head during the emission.
- Do this several times during the emission, to help everything along.
- Keep doing it until you are very confident that there is no ejaculate remaining in the urethra.
- Having the milk-ee urinate soon after the milking would also seem to be a good idea.
This, in technical terms, would be bad.
- It is important to check your milk-ee, his ejaculate, and any other secretions regularly for any abnormalities.
- If there is any blood present in the ejaculate, the milking must be stopped immediately.
- If there is blood in any subsequent urine or ejaculate, then get your submissive to a urologist quickly
- Your milk-ee must remain alert to any unusual lower abdominal pain, as this may be an indication of issues resulting from back flow, or of internal physical damage to the prostate or periprostatic structures internally.
- Your milk-ee may find it difficult to differentiate this pain from any other lower abdominal pain resulting from, for example, you keeping him in a chastity device.
- Nevertheless, your milk-ee must monitor himself and report to you any adverse or unusual experiences.
- You must decide if the pain he is experiencing merits further attention from a health professional.
- Your milk-ee trusts you with his health. Please honour that trust responsibly.
.
Some Precautions To Take
- To avoid any physical damage whilst milking, it is important to keep your fingernails well clear of any contact with the prostate. This includes appropriate glove use, as well as filing down any freshly trimmed fingernails to make absolutely sure that there are no sharp edges anywhere.
- It is also important to monitor the amount of pressure you are exerting on the prostate. Finger pressure on the prostate must remain less than (or at most equal to) the amount of pressure suitable for rubbing your eye.
- Any more pressure than that can injure the prostate, the rectal wall, the anal wall, and possibly cause external and/or internal bleeding.
- Ensure your milk-ee’s physician is kept informed about his milking, and have his doctor supervise and/or monitor your submissive regularly for any unwanted side effects from milking.
- This is especially true if you are milking specifically with the intent to treat any physical or medical condition.
- Prostate massage for any specific medical purpose should only be done under a the care and supervision of a physician.
Milking And Known Medical Risks
Although prostate massage is not now officially used by health professionals to treat any specific medical condition, inappropriate or careless prostate massage can aggravate or even cause medical conditions.
Some of the medically documented risks of prostate milking are:
- Possible loss of elasticity in the skin of the penis if erections are inhibited over long periods
- Life-threatening periprostatic haemorrhage (uncontrolled bleeding around the prostate)
- Cellulitis (skin infections)
- Fournier’s gangrene (a flesh-eating bacterial infection which kills body tissue underneath the skin, and can [rarely] lead to death)
- Septicaemia (blood poisoning)
- Haemorrhoidal flare-up (if you’ve never experienced this, please pray to whomever you pray to asking them to please continue doing whatever they’re doing, and thank your lucky, lucky stars you don’t know what this is)
- Possible disturbance and metastasis of prostate cancer (where the prostate massage directly results in spreading the cancer to other parts of the body)
- Perforation of the bowel, which can lead to peritonitis and possibly death
Special Risk – Frostbite
Frostbite can occur if ice is used for any reason or for any length of time on or near the penis and/or scrotum. This can lead to permanent nerve damage (loss of sensation), discolouration, blistering, infection, gangrene, and/or amputation.
- If you feel you must cool down the penis and scrotal areas for numbing purposes (which I do not recommend), I suggest using a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a cloth or tea towel. This will minimise the risk of frostbite and associated tissue damage.

- Using any kind of ice to numb the penis or scrotal area (such as ice shavings or a cock ring made of ice), even if the ice is covered, is a Very Unsafe, Risky Practice.
There are also other risks, such as hygiene and physical risks, but I got those covered in other support pages of my Prostate Milking resource. :)
